I’m a bilingual speaker of British English and have a great interest in people, how they communicate and how they learn languages. My first career was in HR industry - I studied at Northumbria University and Cardiff university and completed my MBA and Bsc in Business management and business administration and then worked as an assistant manager in training development and as a HR business partner for 10 years in Srilanka.I’ve worked for private, commercial and institutional clients, both online and face to face, 1 to 1 and in groups .

My teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that every student can succeed with the right support and guidance. I believe in creating a collaborative learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their ideas. As a teacher, I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving, and I aim to provide a variety of learning opportunities to cater to different learning styles.
